Three boys are growing up in Israel and the Palestinian territories, right next to each other, in completely different worlds. We follow them over the course of a year, through adolescence. We watch as they experience life in promiscuous Tel Aviv, in the religious ideology of a Jewish settlement and in the occupied city of Hebron, where Israeli soldiers are in control. One year of trials and tribulations of three sixteen year old boys. They try to fulfill their teenage dreams in an environment of violence and sometimes war.

The biopic of how Kevin Smith bankrolled his $27,000 first film with maxed-out credit cards and became the darling of the Sundance Film Festival when Clerks debuted there in 1994.

Filming on location and walking in the footsteps of the actual biblical characters that they were portraying not only made an impact on these performers but on audiences worldwide who, five decades later, still watch annually and love this cinematic presentation. She was the vocalist of Santa Sabina, a rock band in which she was the most remarkable figure. She committed herself to different social movements such as the Zapatista Army Movement (EZLN) and the Electoral Left. She died at 46 from breast cancer. Her voice and music left a mark on a generation.
